Saint Mary’s Orthodox College and Partner4Change are proud to announce their collaboration to bring Experiential learning to life through the establishment of a STEAMai® Lab at the college. This collaboration highlights a shared commitment to equipping learners with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the changing landscape of the 21st century.
The STEAMai® Lab at Saint Mary Orthodox College has been designed to provide experiential learning in Robotics, Renewable Energy, and Creativity/3D Printing. It complements the College’s Edtech program, which provides rich learning experiences by leveraging Immersive Technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), as well as the ICT program, which focuses on coding and design.
The Lab provides an opportunity for learners to gain insights into automation, engineering, and artificial intelligence. It introduces sustainable technologies covering the principles of solar, wind, and alternative energy solutions. It unleashes learners’ imaginations, enabling them to prototype and create tangible solutions to complex problems.
